Scent Reduction for Hunters and Allergies

My husband sent me a link recently to The Locavore Hunter’s post about scent reduction for hunters.  I clicked on the link mostly because I wondered if my husband wanted some sort of scent reduction accessory for Christmas, but instead discovered the post was about laundry detergent.

Bottom line: Arm and Hammer laundry detergent is fragrance free so it’s great for hunting… and allergies… and environmental toxin exposure.

I have to say I’m much more interested in its non-hunting benefits (which is why my thoughtful husband sent me the link).  I buy laundry detergent anyway, so switching to Arm and Hammer really wouldn’t be too hard, as long as it can be used with front loading washers.

My laundry detergent lasts forever, because I use about half the recommended amount for each load—this prolongs the life of the clothes and gets them just as clean.  But next time I need to buy some, I’ll at least price Arm and Hammer.
